Perfect ferroelectric relaxor composition, high dielectric constant, slim hysteresis, dielectric breakdown > 300 MV/m, used for high energy density capacitor, electrocaloric cooling ECE or actuator.

This terpolymer has high dielectric constant without adding any inorganic particles, therefore its dielectric breakdown strength is high. It is also flexible and soft.

CTFE content is 7~9mol%, optimized composition for K>45 at 25 C and 100 Hz

Melting Temperature: 125-135 C

Young's Modulus at 20 C: >200 MPa

Size 150 mm x 270 mm. Thickness is 8 um, may occasionally contain pinholes

This batch is uniaxially oriented film (in length direction) to improve its electromechanical actuator performance. strain shall be >2% at 100 V/um in length direction.
