Poled PVDF piezoelectric film 28 um thick. Uniaxially oriented with high d31 of 29-31 pC/N. d33 is around 22 pC/N and modulus is around 2.7 GPa.

With optically ransparent ITO Electrode with 250~300 ohm/sq resistance both surfaces.

One sheet with size is 200 mm x 250 mm, or 100 mm x 100 mm
